Who Esanju Supports
Adults and families (up to two family members together) dealing with parenting stress, anxiety, depression, grief, sudden financial change, family-business stress, workplace burnout, cultural transitions, and identity. Esanju also works with children (8+) and teens (13+), and with couples on parenting or financial concerns specifically.

What Sessions With Esanju May Feel Like
Sessions draw on emotional self-regulation work, anxiety and depression support, and the emotional side of money. Format: virtual Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday; in-person in St. Agatha on Tuesday. 48 hours' notice is requested for cancellations.

Insurance & Receipts
Some extended health plans cover services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC). We accept e-transfer, credit card, and cheque. We don't offer direct billing; a receipt is provided for every session. See fees and insurance →
