This is optional — you're always welcome to contact the therapist above directly instead.

Support for younger children
We Don't Yet Have a Confirmed Under-12 Specialist
Our current therapists are confirmed to work with clients age 12 and up. Rather than guess at a match for a younger child, we'd rather be upfront — please contact our office directly and we'll help you find the right next step, including community resources if that's a better fit for now.

What if I'm not sure which therapist is right for me?
That's exactly what the matching form above is for. Answer a few questions and we'll suggest therapists whose focus fits what you're dealing with — no need to have it figured out in advance.
Can I switch therapists if the fit isn't right?
Yes. The therapeutic relationship matters more than sticking with a first choice — if it's not the right fit, reach out and we'll help you find someone else.
What do the credentials RP, MSW, and RSW mean?
RP (Registered Psychotherapist) and RSW (Registered Social Worker) are regulated professional titles in Ontario, overseen by their respective colleges. MSW (Master of Social Work) is the graduate degree many RSWs here hold. All three indicate a licensed, accountable professional.
What's the difference between in-person and online sessions?
Both are equally available and billed at the same rate. In-person sessions take place at our St. Agatha office; online sessions happen by secure video (Zoom) from wherever you are in Ontario. Most therapists offer both — the choice is yours.
How soon can I get an appointment?
It depends on the therapist — each profile shows their current status. If everyone you're interested in has a waitlist, the matching form can point you toward someone currently accepting new clients.
