Who Heather Supports
Adults, youth (12+), and elders (65+), working through anxiety, trauma, grief, chronic illness, and major life transitions. Heather is LGBTQIA2S+ affirming and poly-friendly, and brings 15+ years of experience from health-related settings including chronic illness, dementia, end-of-life care, and acquired brain injury.
