Who Jennifer Supports
Adults and youth (12+), including individual, family, and couples consultations (couples work focused on parenting concerns), first-episode psychosis, chronic mental illness, and acquired brain injury. LGBTQIA2S+ clients welcome. 15+ years of experience in community and hospital mental-health settings. For substance use, Jennifer works with both harm-reduction and abstinence-based approaches, meeting clients wherever they are in that process.

Therapy Approaches
CBT, CBT for Psychosis (CBT-p), DBT, trauma-focused and compassion-focused therapy, attachment-based approaches, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, strengths-based and solution-focused therapy, and ACT.
